The red-and-black brand beyond soccer
The strength of the Flamengo brand does not end with soccer. Millions of red-and-black families want to live the club on other courts too: volleyball, basketball, futsal and other sports that are part of the club's history.
Escola de Esportes Flamengo was created to fill that space: a multi-sport network with the club's identity and the operation of a team that has been structuring sports networks for three decades.
Taking a giant brand into different sports without losing standards: each sport has its own methodology, equipment and coach training, and all of them must deliver the same official experience fans expect from Flamengo.
Time Forte structures and operates the project, applying the method it created in its own multi-sport network, founded in 1994: sport-specific methodology, coach training and certification, brand standards and unit performance management.
