This website (chelseabluesacademy.com.br) is maintained by Time Forte Marketing Esportivo Ltda., the company responsible for the management of and support to the franchised Soccer Schools.

1. Data we collect

When you fill out the form available on this page to schedule a trial class, we collect the following information:

  • Full name
  • Contact phone number (WhatsApp or mobile)
  • City and State
  • Location of interest

You provide this data voluntarily, for the sole purpose of allowing the nearest franchised location to contact you to schedule your trial class.

2. Purpose of data use

We use your personal data to:

  • Identify the location nearest to you;
  • Share your information with that location so it can contact you and schedule the trial class;
  • Ensure that your request is handled efficiently and in a personalized manner;
  • Comply with any legal or regulatory obligations.

We do not use the information collected to send advertising or promotional messages, unless you expressly authorize it at another time.

3. Data sharing

The data entered in the form is shared only with the franchised location you select, in order to enable contact and the scheduling of the trial class.

Time Forte does not sell, rent, or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Each franchised location is responsible for using the information in accordance with the purposes described herein and with the rules of the LGPD.

4. Redirection to WhatsApp

After clicking “Schedule,” you will be automatically redirected to the WhatsApp of the location you selected.

This channel belongs to the respective franchised location and follows the rules and privacy policies of the WhatsApp platform itself.

We recommend that you review the WhatsApp Privacy Policy to understand how your data is handled by that company.

5. Data storage and security

We adopt appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, leaks, loss, or any form of improper processing.

The data remains stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned, and is securely deleted after that period.
